
Yesterday I did see my “woman” doctor, dealing with the fact that I am comming to age and having terrible heat flashes. I have had so hard to sleep during this entire summer, and just had to do something about it. This post is not going to be about hormones or not, because it is up to each and everone. I just don´t think you should suffer if you don´t need to.
Whatever, she came to the conclusion that I am in the risk of getting high blood pressure. And thats not good at all. So I´ve read up online about fermented beetroot, and have decided to give it a go.

Apperently if you drink 1-2 dl a day you will lowe the systolic blood pressure by approximately 4 to 5 mm Hg and diastolic pressure drops by 2 mm Hg, following ingestion of 5-10 mmol of nitrate per day.
So we´ll se in about two weeks if it has worked. Wish me luck xxx
